None. International postage for the Negai postcard is included in the price. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your card issuer under its own terms.

For both plans, the shrine visit takes place within 7 business days of the order, and photos and a written report are sent by email after the visit. With Negai, the handwritten postcard is additionally sent by international mail, typically arriving within 2–4 weeks.

いずれのプランも、ご注文から7営業日以内に参拝を実施し、参拝後に写真とレポートをメールでお送りします。Negaiでは加えて、手書きの絵葉書を国際郵便で発送します(通常2〜4週間で到着)。

Full refund any time before the visit takes place. After the visit has taken place, orders are non-refundable, because the service has already been performed. Because this is a service rather than a physical product, returns and exchanges do not apply. See our Refund Policy for details.

参拝実施前であればいつでも全額返金いたします。参拝実施後は役務提供が完了しているため返金できません。本サービスは役務提供であり物品の販売ではないため、返品・交換の対象外です。詳細は返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
